Refresh Dance

 
Refresh Dance is a dance class for ladies aged 16+. Whether you have never danced before or have had lessons in the past this classs is for you. Offering an aerobics style warm up and many types of dance including; disco/pop, salsa, street and cheerleading. Come along and give it a try!
